i58 is one of our valued community partners. Sharing the goal of restoring men and providing safe, stable housing, i58 and The Turning Point of Chester work together to continue the continuum of care for our participants.

After completing The Turning Point’s 90-Day Residential Program, eligible participants may have the opportunity to transition into i58’s 18-Month Transitional Living Program. This next step provides additional time, housing, structure, and support as men continue rebuilding their lives and working toward greater stability and self-sufficiency.

As a local housing provider, i58 also offers opportunities for apartment living within the Chester community. These housing options allow participants to experience greater independence while remaining connected to the services and support they need.

The Turning Point continues providing case-management services throughout this transition, helping each participant maintain progress, establish personal goals, connect with community resources, and move forward toward permanent housing and long-term stability.
