The Turning Point of Chester’s Community Food Pantry provides food assistance to individuals and families throughout Chester County who are struggling to keep food on the table. Our pantry distributes groceries and other available food items to help families meet their basic nutritional needs.
Regular food distribution is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
The type and amount of food provided may vary depending on household size, available supplies, and community donations. We are committed to serving every person with kindness, dignity, compassion, and respect.
To register for food assistance, please bring a valid form of identification and information for every person who lives in your household.
Each household is limited to one pantry visit every 30 days. Registered households will receive staple food items intended to provide approximately three days of food based on the size of the household and available supplies.
Regular food distribution begins at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 2:00 p.m.
When arriving, please follow the posted signs for vehicle lineup and distribution instructions. While waiting, we ask that you remain patient and respectful of others and of our dedicated volunteers who work tirelessly to serve our community.
Our countywide food distribution is held on the third Saturday of every month and begins at 9:30 a.m to 6 PM
No preregistration is required. All Chester County residents are welcome to stop by and receive food.
Food is distributed while supplies last. Although we work hard to serve as many families as possible, we cannot guarantee that food will remain available throughout the entire distribution period. We encourage residents to arrive early, follow the posted vehicle-line instructions, and remain patient and respectful toward our volunteers and others waiting for assistance.
