How to Apply
The application process begins by contacting The Turning Point of Chester. Our team will speak with the applicant, explain the program, gather the necessary information, and determine whether the program is an appropriate fit for his needs. We accept agency, criminal justice and individual referrals.
Once Accepted
Working alongside community partners, we provide intensive case-management services, individualized mentoring, counseling referrals, connections to community resources, workforce preparation, job-skills development, and family-reunification support.
The program gives participants time to recover, reflect, and decompress. Daily meditation, personal reflection, and supportive fellowship help each man find peace, rebuild his confidence, and prepare to reenter the community in a positive and productive way.
We recognize that the men we serve are also fathers, sons, brothers, and members of families and communities. Addiction, incarceration, and other hardships rarely affect one person alone. By helping men maintain their recovery, rebuild relationships, strengthen their parenting skills, and become dependable examples for their children, we help break cycles that can continue from one generation to the next.
What happens on day 91
Our support does not end when the 90-day program is completed.
Eligible graduates may be referred to an 18-month Transitional Living Program through our community partners, where they can continue receiving guidance and support.
Life is a journey, and we are willing to walk alongside each man every step of the way—from recovery and restoration to successful reentry, family reunification, community integration, and lasting independence.
